I’ve been trying to avoid mentioning names on this blog. I’m not entirely sure why, maybe for the anonymity of my friends, maybe to protect myself from crazed stalkers, maybe because i like making nicknames. Who knows? Regardless, i know it can get confusing, so here’s the cast so far:

Dew D: That’s me! Jesse! variations include Dew Debauchee, Dew, Dewd, and Doody! (hee) I work at a decent sized medical billing company, and manage a team of seven people in India. I try to refrain from talking about work, but…it’s important information to know! Hai!

Speedle: Boyfriend Extraordinaire. Showers me with love, affection, and liquor. Works at one of the gay bars, and a salon. I totally heart him. For real reals, not for play play. He’s also the one to save me from EWAM.

Willimu: One of my best friends. I first met him in our Japanese class. He didn’t even know how to write his own name, and had to cheat on me quite a bit near the end of the semester. I’ve known him longer than anybody else mentioned on this blog outside of family.

EWAM (Ex Who Attempted Murder): My ex boyfriend. Hopefully, i won’t discuss him too much, unless it’s to poke fun. Before you freak out, he didn’t really try to kill me. There was just some domestic violence that forced me to move out. Currently I live at what i call Ma Speedle’s Home for Wayward Gay Boys

The Receptionist: is finally getting a spot on this page. This girl makes work bearable. I’m still surprised i haven’t gotten in trouble for hanging around the her desk (which is in the lobby…through a locked door, so it’s SORT OF NOTICEABLE I’m not working) She recieves regular emails regarding the stupidity of EWAM. She also hangs my artwork on her cubicle walls, so +3 pts for her.

Ma Speedle: Speedle’s Mom. She lives off in the windy city, but i see her most weekends. She took all us li’l orphan gays in to her home.

Speedle Sis: pretty self explanatory

Pa Speedle: again…

Jayda: This is actually a boy. One of my roomates, also a drag queen! Alexandria’s ex.

Alexandria: Again…a boy. Also a drag queen. Also my roomate. Also Speedle’s ex. Also Jayda’s ex. Also my pseudo-ex (we never really dated, just pseudo dated)(come date us!)(come live with us!)

Keme: One of the best friends a guy could have. She moved in next door to me, back in the day. She knew we would be friends the moment she and her boyfriend started moving their things in, while i blasted Franz Ferdinand.

DB: This nickname might change, I haven’t thought of one for him yet, but yeah..This is Keme’s boyfriend. Quite a swell fella, he gives me beer. me like beer. me like DB.
